Specialized Masters Degree or MBA?
I recently changed jobs and will be working in a finance environment. My undergrad is in Business Management. I'm looking to do something part-time so going to school is a no brainer. I'm not sure if I want to specialize into a masters degree where Finance or Accounting is my primary focus or go for the glorious MBA. Any advice? Thanks.

If you're really on the fence, try finding a school that offers both the MBA and specialized programs in finance and accounting, and see if any courses overlap. You may find that all three programs have at least three courses in common in the foundation, and that two of them will have core and elective courses in common as well. Once you've gotten your feet wet you'll probably have a better feel for which program you want to complete, and you've already made progress toward it.
I agree with the 1st answer. Some schools may have very similar program for instance an MBA and a Masters in Managment (MAM). This is the case at the school I currently attend and if I would like to earn my MBA after I earn my MAM I would only be required to take 4 extra classes to get also have my MBA.
Good luck
