For Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now
In IE, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes
If they don't re-appear, it's a serious 360 bug. Some people have seen their space return to normal; some haven't.
I suggest contacting the U.S. 360 team via their "YAHOO 360 HELP FORM" at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/forms_index.h... . They can't respond to every message, but they do read them and actively track issues. If you are from a different country, just click the tiny "Feedback" link in the top right corner of your page.
Keep in mind that 360 is still in beta. They are trying out new things. No feature is set in stone; it is in "test" mode. I understand that all the glitches are frustrating, but please backup your 360 content if you can and submit constructive, clear feedback. They also have a blog which tracks fixes as they are made, see http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 .
If you don't feel like waiting, you can ask your friends to delete you from their pages and you can click on your "My Friends" link at the top to see if they are listed there. To delete them there, click the Edit link next to their name and then click the Remove button for each one. Then, start the invite process all over again.
