I am signed in to yahoo mail and trying to send an email... it says that my contact list is empty, so I tried to go to help... it says... CONNECTION REFUSED!! what's up with that... sheesh.
Seem to be major problems at the moment. My avatar pic has vanished, my name has reverted to one i dumped months ago and no contacts. Not much is working currently. Amanda has put this on the forum. There is an issue with the service that provides your avatars today. The team is looking into it and we should have things back to normal shortly.
If it's any consolation I am having the exact same problem. I figure it is on the yahoo end and they will hopefully resolve it soon. If you try to access the yahoo help it is giving the same type of error, leading me to believe many are requesting help at this time.
Same problem here. What's up with Yahoo? The service gets worse with every change they make and there is almost no way to communicate with them. Sucks.
I have no answer, but if "misery loves company" I am having the same problem. Could it be a problem with the system? I tried an on-line "Help" but was notified that they would charge me $38.00 for a satisfactory answer. No thanks.
