Sports bra or a normal bra for p.e.?

I am going to be a freshman and we take gym . I find it hard to find a sports bra that fits because its either to tight on the bust and perfect on the band or to toss on the band and perfect at the bust . Also I like normal bras but when I run my boobs bounce . How do I stop this / what bra do you prefer.

  • Hey, wear whatever you feel happiest with - if you prefer a normal bra that's absolutely fine. Breasts bounce when women run - it's unavoidable and will happen with any sort of bra that's not so horribly tight that you can't breathe! Don't worry about it, it's not unhealthy, it won't cause harm, and it's nowhere near as noticeable to others as it might feel to you. Running is fantastic exercise for keeping fit and toning up, focus on enjoying yourself and forget your chest - it's perfectly able to look after itself regardless of what bra you do or don't wear.   • I'm a 15 yr old male so I can't say one is better than the other. But I have family members and friends who say that it is only for a hour or so that you would have to wear it. I would just say wear a sports bra in gym and when your done put a normal bra on and let them melons pop out and find a boyfriend.
