1988 jeep cherokee 4.0 no rear brakes?
came in shop bout month ago with leaking brake fluid, replaced master and booster fixed prob, came in on hook today, no fluid leakage but rear brakes are not engaging. warrantyied out master, no chance, made sure rear brakes were adjusted, no pinched brake lines, wheelo clyinders do move alittle( drum brakes on rear), E brakes works but needs minor adjustment, wheel clyinders not leaking, made sure system was bled, yes i did bench bleed master. any help would be gratefule b4 i condem a porportiong valve. brake shoes arch does fit the drum and drums are within spec.
Update:the rear wheel cylinders move approx. 1/8 to 3/16, i was able to gently move the rods in and out of the pistion further i dont believe there stickin or bound up. it mite be a first try however. its ridiculos a brake problem exists that a average tech. can diag lol i belive it is porportiong valve but not sure how to test it

theres many things this could be
you said the wheel cylinders on the rear only moved a little.i dont know how much you define "a little" as but i would replace them. there fairly cheep and easy to install. heres a link to a website that explains in detail how to inspect your wheel cylinders
