It may depend on what e-mail program you are using, but normally the easiest was is to open your web browser to the web page that you want to link.
Next, place your cursor in the URL address box (near the top of the browser screen -- where it indicates "http://")/ so that you highlight the address. Then, right-click you mouse and select "Copy".
In your e-mail, place the cursor when you want to put the link, right-click again and select "Paste".
You can either copy and paste it from the address bar or just write www.monkeyface.com and it will be recognized as a url. In some places though, like here, you have to write out the whole http:// thing. See the difference
