how do I create anime dresses?
I was thinking of making a magical dress for an anime character. But I dont know how. I was thinking that I wanted to make dresses for my favorite anime character. Just like a dress-up fun. So, can anyone help me???? please helpppppppppppppppppp
Update:oh right, forgot to mention. I wanted to do this in my computer. I was planning to play dress-up on my computer. And I really wonder how those paper dolls of anime are made.... and their dresses, of course.....

Actually, how I learned to create outfits/dresses for my characters was to go on Deviantart.com and look at some pictures other people have drawn as a reference. It helps a lot. Once you browse a lot, you start getting your own ideas for drawing clothes.
