Funny poem from bridesmaids to bride?

My best friend is getting married and the bridesmaids are getting her a personalized flask but we wanted a funny/lighthearted poem about her wedding day to go with it.

I've tried googling and not much luck from bridesmaids to bride. Help please!

  • Did you want a poem to read to her at her bachelorette or shower? This one is for out loud.

    [substitute the names as needed]

    Bridesmaid Shuffle

    ALL

    We are Sabrina's bridesmaid crew!

We've worked hard for months to bring this wedding to you!

We're all so fine and we've done a lot of good

Just the way you knew we would!

We're hip hopping for fun; we'd never start trouble

We want to keep this wedding from becoming rubble.

    BRIDESMAID 1

My name is Lucy and I love to dance

Sabrina and I go out every chance

I'm so happy she's getting married

    Michael's such a lucky guy

I'll be the one to take her out for regular girl's nights.

    BRIDESMAID 2

I'm Katie and I know Sabrina very well

Seeing her smile today it's easy to tell

She'll shift to married life smooth as a satin wish

And she'll become a Mrs. smelling like a ... rose.

    BRIDESMAID 3

My name is Ashley and I'm the one

Who made sure Sabrina wasn't stressed but having fun.

From colors to cakes, I helped remove the headaches

Now look she's confident and cool and without the shakes.

    MAID OF HONOR

They call me Megan, I'm the honor maid

I've waited a long time for this glorious day

I'm so proud of you, Sabrina, and your glow will touch us all.

I'm here to bask in it or to catch you when you fall.

    ALL

We're the bridesmaids and Sabrina's the bride.

We're pretty awesome, but not burdened with pride.

We're ready to stand up with her, do everything she needs

To smile and look great and overwhelm her with good deeds..

Sabrina and Michael are a wonderful pair.

We're all so happy that we get to be right there.

The guests will rock out and your families will feel bliss.

Has there ever been a wedding as cool as this?

    We love you, Sabrina!

  • Our friend is getting married,

the first one from our group

    the stress of getting married

    can sometimes be a pain

    we are here for backup

and our present will help, too

    bridesmaids are so helpful

they do errands and do tasks

    they listen sympathetically

    about hurdles big and small

    We'll hand you several tissues

And find your new best friend

bridesmaids can only do so much,

they too will need a break

    their friendship is unending

    a comfort for the bride

our present never needs a rest

it gives out Comfort, Southern style

your new friend's name is known to you

    Our present's in your hand

a little courage is all you need

from an old friend you'll keep close

You thought that garter was for your Groom?

It is for keeping friends, close at hand.

And of course, you'll give her bottle of Southern Comfort to go in it.

For fun, look at all the bottles of booze, some have cute names that you could substitute into the poem.

  • Conflict or anger itself does not have to cause an irreparable rift between partners. With good communication skills and a shared commitment to a marriage, even these are surmountable. How to save your marriage https://tr.im/jrfrR

However, at that point where one partner is at the brink of abandoning the relationship, how can the remaining partner save their marriage? If you are at the point where your spouse has asked for a divorce, what can you do?

You must realize first that, you do have a choice. Often, when confronted by a crisis, we find ourselves backed into a corner thinking we have no choice in the matter. How can we change the situation when it involves another person's feelings or decisions? While we cannot, must not and in no way manipulate, blackmail or threaten our partner into changing their mind, we can actually control how we react to the situation. If anything, you must realize that you still have control over yourself. You have the opportunity to look inward and take responsibility for your own feelings and actions and even have the chance to take personal inventory of what your partner is trying to tell you. Are there points in your marriage that must be changed? If so, respond appropriately and proactively.
