capricorn/taurus problem?
am a capricorn. I am serious, gentle, loyal, patient, etc ive heard it before but would sum1 tell me wat would happen if i asked out a taurus girl that i have known all my life again? would she reject me? and if she said no what would be the reason? Last time i asked her through a letter but she said nothing!! all she did was smile!! and we never brought it up again 
why would this happen? can they say yes or no? sinece im always looking for a straight answer id rather have a yes or a no than a smile, maybe or a "ill think about it" is she not ready???
Now i just ignored wat happened back then and tried to move...
for some apperent reason she ignores me completely
and when she doesn't ignore me she flirt wid me and then hugs another dude
it is like a "you will never get this" action which bothers me cuz she never said no
never said yes, so i dnt kno if to ask her again!! Should i ask her again? i asked her out like a week before her birthday in april 2010 and now it is october almost november 2011
