I've been using an online way to do my file conversions. However, you are limited with the size of the file you want to convert.

QT is a bit of a pain. I'd go QT to AVI, then AVI to WMV.
QT Pro to convert QT to AVI, then SUPER to AVI to WMV.
prefer to use MelodyCan to convert avi
(Windows Video), WMV (Windows Media Video) and m4v, mov, aac, ra, aa, mp4, snd, aif, m4p, rax, wav, ogg etc.
