1995 honda cr125 clutch problems?

I have a 95 honda cr125 I just completely rebuilt the engine and lower end. (It's done right) but my problem is the bike sat for a little while and the clutch is in good shape and everything but my problem is it won't disengage, I have everything in the right spots I have that tiny ball in there for the clutch push rod. Still it won't disengage the basket does not have any notches on it either has anyone ever had this problem I'm going crazy

    Did you measure the thrust plates in the clutch, 1 plate has different thickness available.
