grade 10 Exam Rewiew, please help?
i have 40 questions for review, and if i do them all i get 1% on my mark so if you could answer one or 2 and leave them as a comment id appreciate it, my credit is at risk, and i need your help

Comments
1.) METHOD ONE
y= 2x+3 5x-3y=-15
Change 5x-3y=-15 into y=mx+b format
Substract 5x from both sides
-3y=-5x-15
Divide by -3
Graph y=2x+3
and y=5/3x+5
Wherever the 2 lines intersect is where the solution is (x,y)
METHOD 2
Or just set the 2 equations equal to each other.
2x+3=5/3x+5
Subtract 3 from both sides.
2x=5/3x+2
Subtract 5/3x from both sides
1/3x=2
Divide by 1/3
x=6
Substitute in 6 for x to find y (in either equation)
y=2x+3
y=2(6)+3
y=15
Solution: (6,15)
10.) Graph the 4 points. It's a rhombus.
12 a.) y=7x+5 This is linear because there is no exponents.
b.) Not sure what the equation is really..kinda confusing.
17 a.) FOIL it. (6x - 2)(5x + 7)
FOIL = First Outer Inner Last
First: 6x times 5x = 30x²
Outer: 6x times 7 = 42x
Inner: -2 times 5x = -10x
Last: -2 times 7 = -14
30x²+42x-10x-14 which equals 30x²+32x-14 <------answer
b.) -3(4m - 1)(m + 2) There are various ways of doing this but I woulf FOIL first.
First: 4m times m = 4m²
Outer: 4m times 2 = 8m
Inner: -1 times m = -m
Last: -1 times 2 = -2
4m^2+8m-m-2 which equals 4m²+7m-2
Multiply all of that by -3
-3(4m²+7m-2)
-12m²-21m+6 = answer
I'm not going to do all of it for you. I helped as much as I could. For future reference, TRY the problems first before you post like 40 questions online. They're not too difficult.
Good luck!
