  • It does work and it works really well if you have mild to moderate acne.

Really SEVERE acne will require that you go see a dermatologist and get treatment for it there.

But if you use Proactiv you have to be really dillegent about washing your face in the morning and nighttime.

If you want to wash your face once a day, you probably won't see result as fast as others.

  • Like any other product, different people will have different results. I used to use it, and it worked wonders on my skin-at first. But after several months of usage, I noticed my normally combination to oily skin was becoming very dry. I had large patches of dry skin that no amount of moisturizer seemed to take care of, so I eventually stopped using it. On the other hand, a girl I used to work with had beautiful skin and swore by it. You should probably give it a try-as the commercials say, "What do you have to lose besides blemishes?" ;) Good luck!

  • I can tell you from knowing people who have used it that it works if you are constantly putting it on and use it every day otherwise your skin goes back to normal. So it isn't a permanent solution.

  • Yes they work but when you stop using them the acne returns, it is sort of a lifetime maintenance thing. Or unitl your body chemistry changes and you change your diet.

  • It was the ONLY thing that worked for my daughter. This was after going to Dr.'s and using prescription remedies.

  • OMG it's totalllly worth it! it only took three days for me to start seeing results! it does cost a lot, but clear skin is priceless. plus, everywhere you go and everyone you see sees your face, so you want it to look beautiful right?

    Proactive works!

  • I tried it but unfortunately, it didn't work too well on me.
