Does anyone know any contemporary plays?

My teacher wants me to do a 3 minute scene of a contemporary play with a partner. I'm supposed to play someone who isn't that different from me (Well, I'm a 22 year old student) and it needs to be someone isn't impaired in any way. Are there any plays with characters like that?

Update:

Oh yeah, and I'm Californian so I can't do a Southern accent.

    Start with Anton Chekhov's plays. Also TENNESSEE WILLIAMS,Arthur miller,Somerset Maugham, Noel Coward. They are sort of "Classic Contemporary" playwrights and the best. Read as many plays as possible, it's worth it. Good luck
