So change your job.....quit, find something else. You're restless probably because you have anxiety and worry a lot. I have it too. You may be going through depression. Or change the way your job makes you feel, its just a job ya know?
Aw. That's a hard situation... maybe you should talk to your doctor.. because that could lead to depression.. depression could really ruin your life.. you should be aware --You can't concentrate to any of your work because you are thinking to much of your problem.. try keeping yourself busy like playing sports going out with other friends.. socialize with people.. share your problems to someone you trust.. SHOUT your problems to a private place or anywhere you'd like.. cry your heart out loud.. just do whatever decreases your stress..DON'T and NEVER keep it to your self..
It's not hard to move. It's even easier to change jobs. Some of us don't feel comfortable being in one place for too long a time (I am one of those). I am grateful for my family--but I don't need to be in the city and state that I am in to be grateful for them.
Get your blood pressure checked. Then, take a leave of absence and sort it all out. No TV. No booze or drugs or parties. Just walk somewhere in nature by yourself and think.

Stop and think.
Next take a decision either to change or remain in the mental state you are in at the moment.
You could be going through some sort of depression. It would be best to see your doctor just to make sure though.
