I am 15 and I have a 30 minute gym class everyday. I also take a jog in the morning for about 40 minutes but if i'm to lazy to jog in the morning then after super I would do 30 minutes on my treadmill. I also eat a healthy diet of mostly fruits and veggies! Maybe once a week i'll pick up something to eat. I'm 5 foot 5 and I weight 122 pounds. I am one of the skinner girls in the class but I am in NO WAY anorexic. I have been following this plan for almost 1 month now and I have so far lost 12 pounds. I used to be one of the bigger girls in my class but now that has changed.
