Do planned parenthood pregnancy tests...?
Work better then home pregnancy tests? I took a home test today and it came out negative, but I made an appointment at planned parenthood for tomorrow to make sure. So I was wondering if they are stronger in detecting pregnancy.

Honestly, they are all about the same. The only difference is that you have a professional interpreting the results for you.
They detect the same hormone. Most of the planned parent hood tests detect 50-100 hcg. But certain home pregnancy tests can detect as little as 25 hcg. Like first response. And the reason why mommy2be got a negative the first time is because she tested too early. The hormone had time to double and even triple or more over the 6 days she wait to go to planned parent hood. If she would have taken a hpt the same day she went there it would have been positive too.
Good luck.
The test I took at home 5 days before I missed my period came out negative but the test I took at Planned Parenthood the day after I missed my period came out positive. Twice since I made her go back and do it again haha. They won't administer a blood test though, you have to go to your doctor for that one. But the ones are Planned Parenthood are accurate from my experience.
No just regular pregnancy test. I'm not sure if they do blood test , you should ask that's the only way to know for sure.
I went to a women's care center and they had the same type of urine test as an hpt except I think they do strips.
no its the same thing its just a home test..save your time and just get another home test to be sure..
