    tools, internet options, general, browsing history settings, view files.

    Vista the file is C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies

    XP the file is C:\Users\username\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\

    You will need to replace username with your username.
