EDIT: yeah, it usually is platinum blonde if blonde at all.
Does it really matter??? I like emo's ( i'm not one of them, but i think they are ok ) and just cause you're blonde doesn't mean you're scene girl or something..... Just be yourself! That's tip of a day xD
