Reprocessing homemade salsa?
I made salsa this morning and some of the jars didn't seal. They are still warm, should I reprocess the jars that did not seal? They usually pop within the first half and hour for me.

Let them cool totally. If they still have not sealed then yes, reprocess. Make sure your jar rims are spotless before you put the lids on.
