My son's doing this poem for his rememberance day assembly and would like to practice but I can't find it online, does anyone know it?

In Flanders fields the poppies blow

We are the Dead. Short days ago

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw

If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow

After the terrible battles of WW I, the fields brought forth nothing but red poppies. Even now - each Spring, the fields of Eastern Europe are covered with red poppies. Remember to honor our Vets...
