Im 13 and i have a small chest (A 36) and i want something that will really give me a lift . Maybe with padding. It has to have a reasonable price and in a cute color. plz include links if possible.Thax in advance.

Fredricks of Hollywood makes a bra called the Liquid Lift, its filled with "water" (actually its a certain kind of gel) and it will pump you up about a cup size and a half. and give you a good lift....When I was flat that's what I wore, I was about your size and with that bra I looked like size size B. They're about $30.00

Fredericks of Hollywood has many water and gel filled as does Victorias Secret.
No matter what you really need water or gel filled, regular padding is a waste (and will crush after many washes.

If you have an A cup, there is nothing to lift.
Browse Wal-Mart for padded bras, I think the cheapest bra they have is around $15.
