Do 14 year olds date?
I caught my 14 yr old daughter flirting and kissing a boy the other night, and they were holding hands. She doesn't really talk to me about things, because she doesn't think I would understand (she is much more developed than me when I was that age.
She is having issues lately, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201003... the last scenario mentioned was the one I am asking about now about her and dating. Would having a boyfriend make her more wild, or mature?

but i started dating my boyfriend when i was 13. we've been together for 3 years now and i'm not wild.
its normal for 14 year olds to date, if you suspect her of having sex though then maybe talk to her about contraception and how she should respect herself.

I have been with my boyfriend for two and a half years. We started dating when we were about to turn 15 so no I don't think she's too young.
well i am 13 years old and nearly everyone my age is dating and has a boyfriend including me, so no i doubt it is anything out of the ordinary.
well i wud as a mum try to find out as much you can about the boy shes dating, just incase he has a bad reputation and could lead her of the rails a bit, but most girls at that age shoudl be allowed to have a little freedom, so i would just let her enjoy her self while shes young and she will come to you when shes ready to talk, just dont force her to do anything she doesent want to.

in teenage years in 2010 girls do date..i dated when i was 13 and right now im 15...but umm she is just growing up...the years when you were a teen arent the same ones as now!
