Hey, I just found out about sleep paralysis today and its kinda freaked me out... Its 3am now and im scared to sleep. Is it true the more you think about it and the more you read about it, the more likely its going to happen to you?
I used to get this all the time, and I had no idea what it was. After a while, it just went away. I only learned what it was after I was no longer bothered with it.
Reading about it, thinking about, even obsessing about it does not cause it to happen.
Why don't you ask your doctor about it or go to a real medical site with accurate information (I suggest Mayo Clinic) and educate yourself before freaking out.
