As far as your second proposal goes Donovan is a starting QB, but he is middle of the pack. Unless you have a really deep league, he isn't that great a trade.
Without knowing how deep your league is, I wouldn't consider this trade. Yes you get Tomlinson, but how many points in other areas do you give up to get him? To me it looks like you lose more points than you gain, but I do not know the scoring system for your league.
Without more details on how deep your league is, and how it is scored I can't give you a good answer.
McNabb and Gleen for LT for sure! Thats going to be huge. McNabb will still do well assuming he plays a full season, but LT can single-handidly carry your team every week. take him and play with your backup or try to trade Jamal Lewis for a middle of the road guy, like a Hasselbeck or Farve. Or maybe even a suprise like Alex Smith
Either way you are making out because you are getting the best player in the league but the second deal is way better. That leaves you with the best RB, one of the best WR, and a chance to get a good QB because there are some real sleepers out there like Jay Cutler, Tony Romo, or Jon Kitna.
Honestly, I do not see anyone in their right mind trading Tomlinson for either package. LT is by far the most dominant player in fantasy football, and neither of those trades equal his value. Seriously it is almost impossible to get fair value for a guy who is far and away the most dominant fantasy player in his sport. I'd need to get something like Steven Jackson and Peyton Manning to deal LT.
It seems good - there is an advantage to the Beltran fringe of the deal yet whilst this grow to be common in one in each and every of my leagues i would not protest it. Beltran has a average benefit in power numbers than Abreu yet i think of Abreu will score extra runs Weeks is a extensive benefit over Uggla. I see Uggla regressing this season in the direction of his minor league numbers with Weeks progressing upward if he can stay healthy. Hamels is the fairly extra powerful SP than Hudson even although he seems revitalized this season - Hamels is the more advantageous power pitcher and gets extra strikeouts.

Your first proposal is fair, not great, but fair.

mcnabb and glenn for tomlinson, let me warn you L.T. is going to get fewer carries this season. but this is a pretty good trade
get rid of owens, glenn, and lewis they are aging and TO is butterfingers. tomlinson is on his way up
second one is good
