Would it be bad if i was a 12 year old girl who plays video games. I mean I don't play them 24/7 but i play them...is that bad..Are girls supposed to play video games?
Where did you ever get the idea that girls aren't supposed to play video games? If you enjoy them, then play them! I don't care if you're playing Sims, Nancy Drew games or Grand Theft Auto. Play what appeals to you.
I'm a middle aged woman, and I play them. Even more weird, I prefer violent, first person shooters. (ok, you're 12, I don't recommend that for you, yet.) I happen to work with a bunch of men, most of whom are much younger than me. They think it's cool that I play, and can discuss games, just like one of the guys. Once, I was looking at some games in a store, and 2 teenage boys were arguing about a game. They were absolutely floored when I was able to make a comment about it, since I'd already played it.
Don't play 24/7, because you'll have carpal tunnel syndrome by the time you're 14. But gaming is a big part of today's entertainment ... why should it be off limits to girls? And if any guys give you a hard time about it, it's probably because they feel threatened by you. Don't let them discourage you - show them how it's done girl!
There is nothing wrong with girls playing video game. I my self am a boy and has a slight video game, computer addiction. If a girl wants to play I say go and make your parents (un)happy!!! LOL Any way......Good Gaming!!!!
girl, ive been playing video games since i was 5 and im turning 15. girls can definatly play them. its not just for guys. they only play them 24/7 because they have nothing better to do haha. girls can do enything guys can...almost lol. but, go ahead and keep playing them! it dosent matter who you are. if you like to do that, then dont let enyone stop you.
all the better so much cooler share more interests with guys more likely to get married hell ya video games awsome heck many girls play pokemon nintendogs and such wow nothing wrong with that do what you want my aunt and uncle play them pokemon they just had a kid have another coming i think

no, it shouldnt matter that your a girl and that you enjoy video games. I have a friend and his grandma is about 70 yrs old and she plays video games. So it shouldnt not matter that your a girl, enjoy yourself

YEA! Video games are for everyone, all my friends play them about 24/7! some girls think its stupid and bad but its not its FUN!

its normal. in fact i know a lot of girls who play them. im 22 and i know girls in their 20s and even older than that who play video games.
