best tattoo parlor for portrait tattoos?
this is going to be my first tattoo and i want to get a portrait of my daughter. i am looking for a good tattoo place that does portraits. i live in la and i have been looking for the last 7-8 months. any suggestions?

Kat Von D's shop can do it, but I hate Kat Von D. Her artwork is alright, my brother has a friend in Athens GA who is wayyy better than she is.
