Windows Vista and Wordpress?

Vista does not like Wordpress blog modifications. I modified one blog and now I get the "Forbidden 403" error. Anyone else have this prob and how do I fix this?

    I have vista and disappointed. cannot clip files.

    and they charged me like $250 for the program
