There are foods containing less calories than it needs to digest them. for example.. there's this one calorie food that has a total of 100 calories. and i takes 150 to digest them.. so it means that by simply eating this negative calorie food, you're able to burn 50 calories! so, that means.. the more you eat the more calories you burn.
Well,first you should start eating some more healthy foods than junk food.Second,exercise.You could do some laps outside,or practice lifting up heavy things.Things you could eat healthy,are apples,grapes,oranges,bananas,non fat things,seafood,(with no butter or any seasoning),and also drink healthy drinks.Like orange juice,grape juice,etc. For exercising,you don't have to stand up and do things.Try lifting things while sitting,or moving a couch(well,that's standing up,but oh well).You should keep doing these things for 3-5 weeks or more for better shape.For a 15 year old,your average weight should be 113-117.
