I would say grade 4/early 5. I agree though that the ideas in the piece don't really go together. It sounds like two separate pieces that are mashed together. That being said, they are both interesting pieces (which, congratulations! I don't say that often--most people who post compositions on here just have...well, crappy pieces, to say the BEST LOL!)--they just don't go together. I would suggest instead of using the straight repeats, using some variation as well. Maybe, instead of repeating an idea exactly, putting it into the V/V or using augmentation/diminution/inversion/etc to give it some variance.
All in all though, you're off to a great start :-)
I think you need to develop your ideas more, they are very different and don't link together very well, and you also have a lot of straight repeats with no variation. Each idea is often very short too. Try to develop ideas so they flow more smoothly into each other. I think as it stands your original idea needs an entirely different middle section, they are too different to ever go together properly.
I benefit from the Minuetto by means of Bizet. Also, the Prelude No. sixteen by means of Robert Vandall. The Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. one million. The Intermezzo No. three in A from Opus 118 by means of Brahms. Elegy from Songs Without Words by means of Mendelssohn. La Traumerai (Dreaming) by means of Schumann. Hope this is helping.
