I have been practicing boxing stuff like Jabs, Hooks, Uppercuts, Bobs(Weaving), and been helping my endurance/strength. But I feel I am not doing it properly, anyone have a link to where I can learn how to do it properly so I practice right?

    Also, if you have Frostwire, Limewire, etc. downloaded on your computer, search for the set of Title Boxing Instructionals. They are downloadable by volume and they show the entire video, instead of just highlights of the vids like YouTube does.
