Who do you sue?
If I were accused and arrested for a crime that I did not do in April, 2006. and got proof that I was not there; but at work, and then one year almost three months later, I'm accused and arrested for a 211 robbery that I don't absolutely nothing about( as like I don't know what you did yesterday) that is just what I don't know about this 211 robbery crime. Who do I file this civil lawsuit against. Anybody don't need to lose out like this, and told "There's nothing that you can really do about it, no matter whether the law enforcement agencies or government, wrong is just wrong, and all wrong things have to be accounted for, whether in this world or in the world next to come, in spirit of course, but it will be accounted for; so why not wrongfully accusing and arresting someone for a crime that they didn't do.

It's actually not true that all wrongs are accounted for. Here, the government enjoys immunity for it's negligence with respect to your arrests. Otherwise, there would be no police officers for fear of prosecution for doing their duty. You may have a civil cause of action for malicious prosecution against the arresting officer or the municpality, but I can't tell from your facts, and I don't see anything particularly egregious that the cops did.
First of all, your question doesn't make any sense. You don't explain if these are two different arrests for two different crimes, but it looks that way to me.
But to answer your muddled "question," you don't sue anyone, because it's not a civil matter.
That's why there is a criminal justice system, so if you are arrested for a crime (with probable cause and a warrant) and you are proven innocent, as you seem to be able to do, then you can go home and get the charges dropped. If they won't drop the charges, then you need a criminal defense lawyer.
Not sue, name or write the sweet company to allow them to realize you bought expired sweet from a shop. I have had this occur and easily referred to as the enterprise who made the sweet. They had been greater than comfortable to interchange it with a a further bag of sweet. If you do sue a enterprise they are going to simply go the price onto the purchaser; you and I.
Sue everyone, cops, city, county
