System Restore Deleted My Documents, music, photos for Windows Vista!!!?
So I have a Vista and had three user accounts on it. I decided to delete one because I didn't need it. So after I deleted this user account I go back to my account that I usually use and realize that all my documents and everything was saved on that user. I had system restore on so I did a system restore and everything went well. I had the user account back and all desktop applications were back but when I checked my documents, it was empty. My itunes library was empty. My bookmarked websites was blank!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost fainted when all this happened. PLEASEEE, is there ANY way to get my documents back. It's nowhere to be found!!!!!!!!!!! *sniff*

NO I'm afraid you have lost it all.
When you delete an account UNLESS you specifically state that you want all the files and folders saved to the Adminstrator account, the whole lot is removed straight away and it is removed from the disc completely by the system rewriting straight over the top of the account and all the folders connected with it.
Accounts and contents are NOT recoverable.
It is NOT the same as accidentally deleting a file or folder which could be recovered.
when u deleted the account u must have permanently deleted the files and system restore does not restore or delete picture or video files the reason your applications came back is because they are install on all users
System restore has nothing to do with data, it restores the system to how it was on the date to which you restore it. If, however you had data which was created in programs that you had installed after the system restore point, then yes you would lose, but normally not.
The documents are still on your computer. You will need some data recovery software to retrieve it. If your a noob you should stop right here. If you a little bit of a nerd. Start by searching http://download.com/ for data recovery software.
