As a species, why do we fail to correct problems?
IDK how to express this but when problems occur we don't correct them. Like if we know the right choice to solve a problem we never make the right decisions. Because different groups, nations, and individuals cannot agree on anything. Also we are bound by our greed, ignorance, policies, religous beliefs, and plain stupidity. If the perfect or correct solution exists, why do we constantly fail to identify and apply the answers to our socities/worlds problems?
Ok some issues cannot be solved, but some just irk me. We constantly debate things but nothing ever gets done. And by the time we're ready it's too late and our fate is sealed.
Update:One thing you could agree upon is we never learn from history. Probably because we're too stupid and bound by our norms and beliefs.

Nothing is perfect. Keep that in mind
If everyone decided to take the one, true, correct answer to a problem (and everyone's answer to that one problem just happened to be the same) then the world would go round
Keep in mind that people from different continents won't be thinking the same way as the guy across the world. The guy you live next to can easily not have the same view on a subject. Everyone think that THEY are rid and everyone else is wrong.
Tonberry, it is this same attitude that eventually lead to the murder of over eight million jews. It is this attitude that lead to the massacres in Bosnia and Kosovo. It is this attitude that still, to this day, leads to mass murder in several African countries. I hear you, but everyone gets to speak, even when we don't agree. That is how it should work.
It is the beliefs of those who we don't agree that leads to tragedy.
Be civilized.
We're too proud of ourselves. Pride: the true root of all evil
