Ok well , ik this is disgusting but I don't have anyone else to ask, if I tell mum she will say eeww and start making fun of me and will tell everyone,

What does this mean? What will it do? And what are the consequences , also am I loosing weight, I need the toilet every after 20 mins

You need to talk to a Gastroenterologist Doctor. How long has your diarrhea been going on? There are a number of tests that a doctor will do to determine what the problem is. Stool cultures, blood work, many tests! If you're losing weight, that's not a good sign. Also, DO NOT take medications unless your doctor tells you too. You could be making things worse by taking medications that may not be necessary.
losing weight and diarrhea together doesn't sound good so i would see a doctor.
now about the diarrhea it will go away overtime, and it's caused by some food you maybe allergic to or it was expired.
there is a medicine in any pharmacy called pepto bismol and it's always pink and easy to find i always take a tablespoon when i get diarrhea and it stops it immediately. i do recommend an adult permission before you buy it.
