Whats the most common causes for this code? The car acts like it wants to shutoff when it is first put in drive, then when I accelerate, everything smooths out! Any ideas????
Cylinder 2 misfire. Most likely its either the spark plugs or coil-packs. Beyond that it could be anything from fueling (check fuel filter/injectors). None of this works try a compression check, if it fails compression check you have serious issues.

About all that is easy to do is change spark plugs and wires. Run a fuel treatment/cleaner through it. then it get expensive.
