How do i upgrade my computer so i can run WoW on ULTRA no problem?
here are the specs
3.4Ghz Core 2 Duo
Xigmatek Dark Knight Cooler with MX-2 Paste
Gigabyte P35-DS3L
NVIDIA 8800GT with Thermaltake Orb cooler.
4GB Mushkin Ram 4-4-4-12 960MHz
320GB Seagate Barracuda HDD Sata2

I seriously doubt you have 960MHz RAM, for the simple reason that such type of memory does not exist. Memory goes from 800MHz straight to 1066MHz.
The only update that can improve your game play would be to buy a newer, better graphics card. Your 8800GT is old and low end by today's standards.
Get a GeForce GTX 460 Fermi or even better a GTX 560 Ti. You might also need to upgrade your power supply to a bigger one.
Considering your mid to low end processor, I don't think you would get to play on ultra for the most demanding games, that processor won't keep up with a powerful card (the so called bottleneck).
