i know its a tagalog word... what does it mean?

Tagalog? Wow. The words caught my attention because in Spanish we use gender also and these two words are almost alike to the Spanish hechisero/hechisera. Both meaning the same with the exception of the gender "o" for male and "a' for female.
The Spanish words mean magician or witch.
