1.Start with a clean face.
2. Moisturize your face and lips. Use a moisturizer that's good for your type of skin and a lip balm for your lips. Depending on how you feel about your face without foundation, you can use a light tinted moisturizer and skip to the other steps, if that's not an option go to step 3.
3. Put on light coverage of your favorite foundation and concealer. By light coverage, i mean just cover the imperfections. A good tip for putting on liquid foundation so it doesn't look heavy, is either before you put the foundation on, or after it, wet a sponge and ring out the excess water. If you do this before putting on your foundation just apply the foundation to the sponge a pat it onto your face. If you do it after the foundation is on, just rub the sponge over your face so it can collect the excess makeup.
4. Use eye shadows that are sheer and look like pale washes of color. No bright purple or indigo blue! No gel, cream, or harsh eyeliner. If you must use eyeliner, stick to using shadow, and smudge, smudge, smudge.
5. Mascara. One or two coats should do the trick
6. Blush. Cream and gel blushes are awesome for the natural look. I'm not sure what your skin tone is, but here's a general guide. You want to pick the color your cheeks get when you've been out exercising.
* Very Pale Skins – Soft pastel blush colors, as browns look too dirty
* Light Skin – Pale pink colors
* Medium Skin – Sandy pinks
* Dark Skin – Richer colors like plum or bronze
* Olive Skin – Tawny or rose tones, and completely avoid any peach colors
7. lips. Use a lip stain if at all possible. Failing that, put on some lipstick, it can be a nude, pink, coral, berry, or even red. Blot at it with some tissue until only a light amount of the color remains and then add some gloss to it. Et voila!
If you can, totally go out into natural light to check your progress. Natural light is the best indicator in telling how much makeup you have on. Also, remember start light, you can always add more makeup if you need to, but it's a PITA to have to have to start all over again.
All right first you add some concealer on all your wrinkle freckles etc . then you put foundation on (use a sponge if possible) after you added the foundation add some powder over the foundation and some blush and you'll look very flawless and very natural =] GOOD LUCK
