Is my graphics card faulty?
i recently bought a HD5670 and it doesnt work!
i tried everything the tech service support team from ATI, Compaq and Foxconn have adviced but it still doesnt work.

after i install my new graphics card, my computer hangs at the very first loading screen. even before it reaches the Windows loading screen. please help.

Your PC should be up for the task of running a HD5670.
It does seem that the video card is faulty and DOA. I would suggest registering your video card on the Foxconn website, and then request for an RMA.
