i have a turbo problem?

ok this is what happening im boosting in my twin turbo legacy 1994 it running 15-16 psi on the boost gauge but when my foot its to the ground its boosting but then it looses psi and the needle on the boost gauge goes slowly up and down about 10psi ill try get a vid on utube when i get my firewire card

    Check for a vacuum leak. Look for any old crispy vacuum hoses that are leaking. You can use some carb cleaner to check that.

    Do this.

    Start the engine, let it warm up and spary carb cleaner to all the vacuum hoses. Small and quick spary though. Also spray some on or around the MAP, IAC, PVC areas. Also around the lower intake gasket. Remeber small sprays only.
