how do I use/control Facebook account?
my dad won't let me have a Facebook but my mom said I can and I would be able to but I guess there is this thing where your relatives or some mutual thing comes up and so my relatives would know and tell my dad. how do you not have that notification on?

Block your dad or anyone you know that'll tell him
just open your profile and go into your setting and immediately change your password first.
Just go into your setting panel and then manage your privacy settings, timeline and tagging settings.
If you want to nothing interfere by anyone then blocked him.
