when i turn on my computer the start bar or none of the icons pop up. can some one please explain the easiest way i can reboot my computer and have it working good today??
Sounds like some spyware messed up your computer. You can either use your back up disk, or get the boot code from the manufacturer to reset your computer back to factory default. If you have stuff on there you really don't want to lose try running your computer in safe mode and set it back to last known good configuration.

to reboot hit ctrl+alt+del than choose shutdown than choose restart...
sounds like lost windows caused by malware...run malwarebytes in SAFE MODE its free.

get your windows cd and it's bootable, insert it when you start your system, and it will start formatting your system.
