how do i change a 32 bit system type on windows vista to a 64?

i have an ATI radeon 9700 video card and an AMD sempron(tm) 2400+ 1.67Ghz so yeah you guys think you can help me out ? thanks

    The operating system dictates whether you have a 32 or 64 bit system. You would have to buy Vista 64 bit edition.
