Many of my emails are coming through with the message missing. ("This message has no content.") I know that the messages are supposed to have content. I have the paid Yahoo service, so this is extra frustrating.
I wasn't able to find any messages without content in your account. I have performed maintenance on your account that may correct this issue. If you still encounter problems there may be a problem with your browser. Please try the troubleshooting steps in this Yahoo Help article.
If you still have trouble, please note the subject, date and sender of a message with which you encounter this problem, then provide it directly to the Yahoo Mail group:
Submit a request on this issue by selecting "Sending and receiving messages" as the topic, and "unable to receive messages" as the sub-topic. Finally, Click the envelope icon labeled "Email" under "We're here to Help" and fill out the provided form.
I've been getting the same message recently. About 4 or 5 in the past couple of weeks. One of them which did say it had no content later displayed contents. I'm using an ipad to read my yahoo email.
