If wind passes out of the south window of a person, he can not know while sleeping. Therefore a rule in general was made that after awakening from nap Muslims must renew their wudu for praying.
Scholars have concluded that Sleep only invalidates wudu if it's deep.
So if it's a light nap... and you can still feel your surroundings.. or You would hear if people started talking., then it's OK inshAllah.
However.. If the sleep is deep.. and can no longer sense your surroundings..
Then you should re-do your wudu.
And Allah swt knows best.

Yeah, that does break your Wudu.
"To sleep lying down or by resting the body against something break the wudu."
Edit:
WHAT INVALIDATES A WUDU?
Certain conditions break a Wudu, some of which are:
Sleeping or taking a nap,
Going to the bathroom (to urinate or to have a bowel movement,)
Passing gas.
* http://islamicbooks.info/H-2-Ibadat/2-Salat.htm * < Scroll down to the Wudu bit.
Even if you do nap, why can't you redo your Wudu anyway just in case, it doesn't take that long.
Even falling asleep for 2 minutes breaks wudu. Any time you lose consciousness even for a second, you have to make wudu again before you pray.
not unless you fell asleep sitting down, because if you did then you don't have to do your wudu again, you're good to go!
If you dont know whats going on around you, just re do your wudu.
