Genesis of the Daleks
It's a six-part serial of Season 12, from 1975, featuring Tom Baker's portrayal of the Fourth Doctor along with companions Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan.
"Genesis" pretty much means origin story -- the word is taken from the name of the first book of the Old Testament, which begins with the words "in the beginning".
