There are many ways to go.The best would be as mentioned the 5870 which is considerably faster than the 470.The 5850 is also a good choice,the same aqs the 470 but cheaper.You can't afford the gtx 480 and the gtx 460 is cheap for your budget.Also you don't have 2 pci express 2 x16 slots on your mobo so you can't cf or sli.So it's a choice between the 5870 and the 5850.The 5870 is faster so go for it.
I personally dont like the Radeon ATI Video cards, But apparently the one mentioned above "HD5***" is good.. However, I would go with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 470.. Its $330 and its an amazing card.
