At first it hurts but if you take an advil it will help it not hurt as much. It feels really weird when its on your teeth but you get use to it. Eat lots of soft food like ice cream and applesauce. If you like to chew gum I would try stop now also with popcorn.
i have braces, and theyre worth it. trust me. my teeth are really straight and im getting them off soon. so i reccomend them. if u dont like the whole metal mouth look, go for invisalign. theyre good too

Braces make your teeth nice and pretty! They are a little painful. But it's worth it.
