Does running a natural muscle growth inhibitor?
I do 5 sets of 10 pullups everyday followed by 5 to 7 miles of continuous running at what almost seems like a jogging pace to me. Will all this running ruin any progress in improving my number of pull-ups?
Update:FYI, I have been running at 7.5 miles an hour and yes i am running to primarily loose weight. So interval training would be better geared towards loosing weight?

No. Your legs and arms are different appendages so it won't affect the number of pull-ups you can do.

Long distance running does take away resources (such as energy, recovery time, CNS resources, development/conversion to slow twitch fibres rather than fast twitch etc.) away from strength training. But for your purposes outlined above, I wouldn't be worried (only of concern if you were planning on getting the most out of bodybuilding/weightlifitng/powerlifting).
no as long as eat enough. however, are your goals to run a race or drop your body fat? if it is to drop body fat you need to be doing interval cardio not distance. suicides, stadium runs, etc. Or next time you go running switch off jogging and sprinting. for more information on interval training:

No, running will not reduce your ability to increase your arm strength.
